what is your licensure status?

I am independently licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Massachusettes.

I have a certification in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International.

how do I make a referral for services?

A free 15 minute phone consultation is offered. We can discuss what is bringing you to therapy and my approach to determine if we are a good fit.

are you certified in EMDR?

I have completed Part 1 of the Basic EMDR Training through Touchstone; I am attending Part 2 in May 2026. In the meantime, I am approved to start EMDR sessions and will be doing consultations with an EMDRIA approved consultant.

how long do sessions last?

An intake appointment is typically 75 minutes.

Weekly sessions typically run 45-60 minutes.

For ART or EMDR, sessions will typically run

60-90 minutes.

how are you running sessions?

I am offering in office appointments in Agawam, MA.

I offer Telehealth when needed (sick/weather/etc)

You need to be located in the state of Massachusetts at the time of your appointment.

what is your cancellation policy?

I require 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling session. Any late cancellations or no shows will be charged 50% of the session fee.
